I have also been responsible for the total overhaul of Business Technology & IT Management by switching small & medium size businesses to Microsoft 365 Business Suite, with the lowest employee count being one, the highest 75. I also have experience Web Designing, Hosting, and managing DNS. I am also associated with a few Service Stations/Conveience Stores in my area, owned by one of my business role models, Prakash. I work with Mechanics & Managers, simplifying their day-to-day while taking on Responsibility of the backend operations, such as entering Invoices, Managing Inventory, and data entry. I credit Prakash for supporting me and enabling me to be my best self professionally. I take his life lessons and apply them everyday, both at home and in business. I am a Servant Leader. If I see something out of place, I do what can, so that the needs of others are satisfied completely before my own. I use that leadership style both at home and in business. Two main things I've learned about business. Number one is that your customer may not always be right, but they do come first, and their needs are always crucial to your success. Number two, you lead people & manage things. Don't waste good. It's the people who diminish their talents and do not make it far in life, and end up making poor life & financial decisions.
